• Conduct risk management assessments and provide consultative services for insured hospitals, senior housing facilities, ambulatory surgical centers, and physician practices.
• Provide fee-for-service consultation to non-insured hospitals and other facilities.
• Risk management consultation, including comprehensive on-site risk mapping and event analysis, for a large healthcare system which includes six senior housing facilities and six long term acute care hospitals.
• Develop and present public seminars to physicians, nurses, and practice management professionals.
• Create reports which exhibit risk assessment observations and strategies to improve clinical performance and patient safety as well as reduce liability risks.
• Present risk assessment findings to senior leadership within hospital systems and medical group practices.
