Instruct and guide new Nurse Practitioner on facility protocol and subspecialty knowledge acquisition. Assist in training of rotating orthopedic and pediatric residents. Educate and guide staff on patient care and subspecialty knowledge. Functions at satellite clinic also include the supervision and instruction of ancillary staff.
