and sub-acute facilities, and convalescent hospitals.Received my LVN License
December 28, 2011.
Was a volunteer at the Remote Access Medical in Los Angeles in 2009.
Volunteered services to my father-in-law who was very ill from 2004-2009. I took him
to all appointments, Dialysis every M,W,F and helped him with his ADL's and
Medication administration including insulin for his Diabetes. I also prepared his meals
and maintained his household until the day he passed 12-14-2009.
