OBJECTIVE
When I was in the sixth grade, I decided I was going to be a doctor. What kid in their life doesn’t, at some point, dream of having a prestigious job like a doctor, right? But, here’s the thing, my mind never changed, I never wavered from my interest in the medical field. In high school, I decided to get my BSN first; then off to med school. I had my goals set. I attained my first goal when I graduated second in my class from high school. When time came to apply for nursing school, I only applied to one, the one I had my heart set on and was accepted. Two years later, I became an RN; goal two attained. During those two years I realized I was truly a nurse at heart, so my plans changed slightly from going to medical school to going to be a nurse practitioner. Last year, I set my third goal in motion by again applying to the only school I had my heart set on, and being accepted. Now, I face attaining my third goal and getting to work making my dream come true.
