• Evaluate the quality of patient care by creating a PI report for monitoring quality satisfaction of patients currently on Home Care Services since the programs do not have any way of measuring these particular outcomes in the home care programs submitted April 22, 2011.
• Actively participate in three different committees since I have been employed: Wound Care Committee, Patient Safety Committee and the Hospice Palliative Care Committee
